Refund Policy

Because LeaseSetup generates custom digital documents that may be delivered instantly, all sales are generally final once a document has been generated or delivered.

1. Digital Product Policy

LeaseSetup provides custom digital documents. Once a document is generated, delivered, downloaded, emailed, or made available to the user, the purchase is generally non-refundable.

2. Technical Issues

If you paid but were unable to access your document because of a technical issue caused by LeaseSetup, contact us within 7 days at support@leasesetup.com. We may attempt to fix the issue, resend the document, regenerate the document, or review the purchase for a refund.

3. Duplicate Charges

If you believe you were charged more than once for the same purchase, contact us within 7 days and include the email address used at checkout and any available receipt information.

4. User Error

Refunds are generally not provided for user-entered mistakes, incorrect information, changed circumstances, duplicate document creation by the user, or failure to review information before submitting.

5. No Guarantee of Legal Suitability

LeaseSetup does not guarantee that any generated document will meet every legal requirement, landlord requirement, tenant requirement, court requirement, government requirement, or local jurisdiction requirement. Users are responsible for reviewing documents and seeking professional advice if needed.

6. Refund Review

Refund requests are reviewed case by case. Submission of a request does not guarantee approval.
